Summarise
If you compare the previously released OnePlus 5T and the all new OnePlus 6, you may think that these phones are almost the same and there is no significant change, but you would be wrong. First of all, OnePlus 6 is coming with the new Snapdragon 845 chipset comparing to the previous Snapdragon 835. It means 30% better performance according to the official source of OnePlus. Together with 8 GB RAM, octa-core CPU and powerful Adreno 630 GPU, OnePlus 6 will provide super acceleration for mobile gaming, browsing, app using, video watching and multitasking. Of course, they did some other performance optimization on the background as well to make it faster. This optimization also influences the battery and reduces power consumption by 10%. Moreover, the fast battery charging technology will provide a whole day battery backup with just half an hour of charge. Then comes the design. OnePlus 6 has iPhone X alike screen on the front and it is coming with an almost bezel-less display. The 6.28 inches full HD Optic AMOLED display with various display modes such as reading mode, night mode, adaptive mode etc. will provide you with the high premium viewing experience. There is 5th generation gorilla glass protection on both front and the back with metal frame. It makes the device secure and well-protected on the outside. Both front and back cameras are stunning, but there are not many changes here comparing to the previous OnePlus 5T. The slow-mo video option will open a wide range of possibilities for capturing videos. There is also professional video editing option inclusive. As a special feature there is water resistance which will protect the phone in the rain. But it was not made for underwater photography or video making. So, don’t take it for a swim.
